- Right-click on the Desktop --> New --> Shortcut
- In the "Location" field, type in: C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe dwmapi #105
- Choose a name for it (such as "Flip 3D"), and press Finish.
You can also set an icon for this - the default icon from the shortcut in the taskbar is located at "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe", as shown below:
