- Go to Control Panel --> Regional & Language Options
- In the Regional Options tab --> Click on Customize & Go to Time Tab
(Vista : Bottom of the Format tab > Click on Customize this format & then Time tab)
- Select the AM Symbol box & Enter desired name or text.
(This name or text will show instead of AM)
- Select PM Symbol box & Enter desired name or text.
(This name or text will show instead of PM)
- Click on Apply & Ok.
