iPhone PC Suite allows you to create/delete playlists, play music/video off your iPhone on the PC, copy movies from PC to iPhone, manage photos, manage apps, etc. It requires your iPhone/ iPod Touch to be jail broken in order to make it work. It comes in a self extracting package and hence you don’t need to install it, just extract it to a particular folder and hit the ‘iPhone PC Suite.exe’. When you’ll run it for the first time it will prompt you to install ‘phone daemon’ on your iPhone. Just click ok and restart your iPhone and place it back on the dock and proceed. That’s it now you should be able to access your phone directory, manage images, manage playlists and songs, add and delete different items, etc. Don’t forget to update iPhone PC Suite every time by going to the start button of the program and selecting ‘Check update’.
