Microsoft BizSpark provides early-stage startups access with developments tools, software, hosting services, technical support and market visibility at almost no cost (a $100 fee is required on exit from the program) and for minimal requirement. The program is available worldwide for privately held startups building software based product. It is restricted to under thre years old companies that have less than $1 million (US) in revenue. In addition to the regular BizSpark offering, the startups enrolled in the program will be eligible for other Microsoft services such as the Azure Services Platform, announced last month at PDC 2008, and Live Framework.

I will meet tomorrow with Dan’l Lewin, corporate vice president of the Strategic and Emerging Business Team, if you have interesting questions about BizSpark to ask him, let me know by posting a comment.
